Our Refund & Payment Policies for the following conditions:-

  1. Refunds are processed when Customer has already paid in advance and cancels request before getting the service.
  2. Refunds are processed when Our Team is not able to complete the task explained.
  3. Refunds will not be processed if our Team is Off Schedule. We will let you know in Advance(More than an Hour). We schedule for proper time but we can not control Weather or Traffic. But We always keep trust of our Customers and they are provided with Service on time.
  4. Refunds will not be processed if Customers experience issues again within 7 Days with the task completed by our Team, However Our Team will schedule a visit again and fix it again. (Only Applicable within 7 Days of Actual Service).
  5. Refunds will not be processed if Our team is not able to complete task in given time under any circumstances Instead Visit will be rescheduled for a Favourable Time by Client with Mutual Understanding.
  6. Total Amount can change based on the Issue. Our Expert team always gives the exact price but in somecases Customer Appliance have certain Parts Faulty and Damanaged and They need to be replaced with New Parts. So The Fee will be revised to include the price of those Extra Parts used.
